All Clear Energy is an independent energy company specializing on crude oil and natural gas production within the state of Texas. Our primary focus is on increased production of existing oil and gas hydrocarbon reservoirs through research and modern technological developments. By identifying opportunities to increase the domestic production of existing oil and gas wells in addition to further develop crude oil and natural gas fields, we are helping to reduce the nations dependence on foreign oil. Matthew Childers – President / Operations
Mr. Childers is a entrepreneurial minded executive with a background in real estate and energy operations as an investor and consultant. He founded All Clear in 2004 and has served as an independent business consultant where he developed innovative strategies & business plans for clients while working to jump start newly formed companies eventually expanding to lease acquisitions and oil field operations. Prior to founding All Clear, he enjoyed an extensive aviation career which began while still attending American River College where he honed his business skills during employment with Alaska Air Group and Continental Airlines. Shortly after the Sept. 11th attacks and as a result of new aviation security measures, Mr. Childers was hand selected by Mesa Air Group to develop and implement a security program as the Regulatory/Security Director of Mesa Airlines, Freedom Airlines and Air Midwest, a position which held primary airline security responsibility for all international and domestic flight operations of over 100 airports and 3000 employees. In addition to making investments in oil and gas, he remains an active real estate investor by purchasing and rehabilitating residential and commercial properties and maintains an active Texas Real Estate License.
L. Randolph Ponder – Certified Petroleum Geologist / PhD in Petroleum Geology
Mr. Ponder has more than 32 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the petroleum industry. His background includes management and direct supervision of wellsite functions including well log analysis; sample analysis; mud programs; formation testing; open hole logging; prospect generation; wellsite and reservoir geology; production acquisitions; well recompletions; and wellsite geology for over 150 wells. Mr. Ponder previously served as Vice President of Exploration for Geonatural Resources Corporation; as Exploration Manager for Southeastern Resource Corporation; as Staff Geologist for Fluid Lift Int., Inc.; as well as providing services as an independent Geological Consultant. With a primary emphasis in Texas, his other areas of experience include; Oklahoma; Utah; Alaska and parts of Pakistan with further experience in West Central Texas; Upper Gulf Coast; the Delaware Basin, Central Basin Platform; the Permian Basin; Frio, Yegua and Wilcox Trends of the Gulf Coast; Bossier Sand Trend of Southeast Texas; Spraberry Trend of the Permian Basin; Texas Gulf Coast; Fort Worth Basin; Bend Arch; Barnett Shale; Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin; and the Tyler Basin. He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist, Licensed Professional Geologist and has earned his PhD in Petroleum Geology from Oaklands University.
